For those of us tracing our family in the NYC area, these records are generally only available at Family History Centers or in Salt Lake City.

There is one record set, Bronx marriage certificates, 1897-1938; groom index, 1898-1937, that is available at affiliate libraries - any library in either Manatee or Sarasota counties.

I verified this again on 26 Feb 2021 at Selby.  There are 117 films available to review their images and download them.
